Our Shelf use rules

Our Shelf is for sharing product photos and shopping information with people invited to a private shelf. Only upload photos and text you have permission to share. Invited members can view and edit shared shelf content. The owner manages invitations and can remove members; members can leave.

Content and screening

Do not share sexual content, child sexual abuse material, threats, hateful abuse, instructions for violence, or content that harms or exploits people. The app screens new shared text and photos on the device before upload. Automated screening can make mistakes; an accepted upload is not an endorsement and a rejected upload may need another photo or wording.

Reporting and membership

Any member can use Report and remove on a product, including their own. The app hides it immediately on the reporting device and queues deletion from the shared shelf without human review or an in-app appeal. Other devices update when they synchronize. Do not use reports to disrupt another person's shelf. Contact natfo.apps@gmail.com about abuse or a mistaken removal.

A removed person's app clears its current managed shelf copy after reconnecting and detecting loss of access, subject to file-cleanup limitations explained in the privacy policy. Ignoring an invitation declines it. Leaving or being removed does not erase earlier contributions from remaining members' shelf, backups, screenshots, or copies saved outside the app.

Members can choose Block owner and leave to leave all joined shelves from that owner and refuse invitations from them on the current device. You can unblock them in Shelves. The block is local to the device, does not stop that person using Our Shelf elsewhere, and does not remove your earlier contributions from remaining members' copies.

App license and contact

These are usage rules, not a replacement for Apple's standard app license. The app uses Apple's standard licensed-application agreement unless a separate license is supplied through the App Store.

In app versions with People and blocking, select a member or known contributor and choose Block. Owners hide known content on their device and queue removal from owned shares; other members leave known shelves with that person. The app refuses invitations to known blocked shelves or with visible blocked participants, and leaves a joined shelf if a blocked contributor is discovered later. Manage these local blocks in Shelves → Blocked people. Unblocking does not rejoin shelves, invite members back, or cancel queued departures/removals. These controls apply on the current device, do not erase saved copies, and cannot ban someone from other people's shelves.
